I am a mother of two.

I work as a birth and postnatal doula, I trained with Concious Birthing in 2021.

I trained as a Mizan therapist in June 2024 and specialised in fertility, as well as pregnancy and postpartum care in November 2024. I also have been offering closing the bones since 2021 and Thai massage for over 30 years.

Becoming a Mizan practitioner felt like a natural progression from being a doula and has given me the posibility to work with women on a deeper level. I am still on this journey of discovery and every woman I meet gives me new insights into the mysteries of the womb, it gives me joy to be of service to support women holistically in their own understanding of their body but also emotions and a sense of the sacredness of wombs and womanhood.
