Hello, my name is Rebecca.

I'm a birth and postnatal specialist: mother, healer, coach.

I hold nourishing, transformative spaces for women navigating the harder parts of motherhood so that we can become stronger, more connected and whole versions of ourselves.

Birth matters. Our bodies and our stories matter.

I know from experience life does not always go to plan. When the bottom drops out, the weight and isolation can feel overwhelming. You do not have to go it alone. I will meet you where you are, whatever that looks like, and I will respect you as the expert on your own reality and lived experiences.
