My name is Ridwana I’m based in Liverpool.

Our life is a sacred journey, we equip ourselves with skills that can assist us and in turn others.

Mizan has been a path that has been calling for a long time and I decided to follow suit. It has been a blessing in my life and in the lives of others I have been assisting.

I am also Aafiyah Healing Practitioner, which draws on breath and marries amazingly with Mizan in assisting women to become aware of emotions and connecting with their own bodies.

What a blessing it is to aid women on their journey of understanding themselves.
