Hello! I'm Zoe. I live in Yorkshire and I do energetic body work, coaching, hypnotherapy and plant medicine ceremonies with cacao and Hape. Mizan therapy found me in 2020 and my life began. Mizan opened and aligned my body, uterus, and soul, resulting in my baby Heath. I fully believe in the power of Mizan which is why I did my training to serve you beautiful souls. My focus is alignment of mind, body and soul. Mizan is one of the therapies I use to bring your whole being back into alignment. Find your balance, find your centre, live your life. Namaste.
